Ukrainian Forces Kidnap Retired Air Defense Soldier, Murder Civilian by Shelling, and Use Banned White Phosphorus

[This past week, the Ukrainian military has continued its shelling of civilians living near the front line in Donbass, killing one woman, injuring several others, and destroying multiple houses. In addition, they have used white phosphorus shells and incendiary bullets against a residential neighborhood. Three soldiers of the Donetsk People’s Republic were also killed during fighting.

On the 27th of June 2019, Ukrainian special forces managed to kidnap a retired air defense commander, Vladimir Tsemakh, from behind the front line in Donbass and smuggle him to Ukraine where he is being held. According to his daughter Maria Tsemakh, he may be accused of involvement in the downing of the MH17 passenger jet that happened on the 17th of July 2014, although he was not a commander of air defense at that time. The same day that MH17 went down, two Ukrainian fighter jets were shot down not far away, something which Tsemakh has previously acknowledged and which his daughter speculates may be used against him by Ukraine to frame him for the MH17 shootdown. However, as all the evidence shows, it was a Ukrainian fighter jet that actually shot down MH17, not a BUK missile fired by DPR rebels as Western propaganda insists.

The Ukrainian government acts lawlessly and without regard for human rights, a mere tool of US imperialism. The situation in Donbass is dangerous, as it could lead to a wider conflict with Russia. It is time for people across the world to come together and support the united front against US imperialism. —Medved]

“Lawyer sent me by email photos of my father where one can see very clearly serious injury on the left side of his forehead and two injection marks on his left forearm.” On June 27th, 2019 Security Service of Ukraine kidnapped from the territory of Donetsk Republic former head of DPR air defense unit Vladimir Tsemach, as well as other four men whose names aren’t disclosed yet. Maria Tsemach, daughter of the kidnapped DPR citizen told at the press conference how her father was illegaly brough to Ukraine and is held now at the detention center in Kiev. There is enough evidence that on the day of MH17 crash Vladimir Tsemach wasn’t even present in Snezhnoye and couldn’t be involved in this tragedy. However, Mr Tsemach’s daugher told to “Donbass Rose” channel that there is a good chance that her father will be forced to give false testimony confirming his involvement with MH17 crash, since Ukrainian Security Service is often using psychological pressure and psychotropic medications.
